Took my car in after a garbage bag ripped open all over the seats and I could not get the smell out for two days. Had a lot of anxiety thinking I had totally messed my car up but Steve came through and took care of everything. Good communication, thorough job, and I would say decent pricing. Steve got me into the shop at my desired time and day! And he finished in time for me to pick up my car as I had someplace to be. Very nice man and very accommodating. The workmanship is excellent and I’m very pleased with the way my car looks. I had the interior (carpets shampooed as well) and exterior done on my BMW. They removed little dots of sap on The hood of my car. The office is small and very tidy and a large electronic menu of services is displayed which is helpful! Worth the cost!

Yesterday, I brought my car in for an exterior treatment to deal with severe hard water spotting on the paint, glass, and wheels. Today, my car looks brand new and showroom ready. Madison Detail's service was professional, fast, and came at a reasonable price. Steve was a great communicator throughout and I couldn't be happier with the service. Aside from their service, the location is fantastic. I dropped my car off, walked across the street to a cafe, and then right into the Arboretum, and spent a couple hours walking and reading until my vehicle was ready. It was nice having the option to make a day of it instead of sitting in a waiting room and doom scrolling. All in all, I highly recommend them.

Excellent interior and exterior detail. Matthew and the team were excellent. They were very accommodating when I arrived late, took the time to evaluate my car properly, and recommended exactly what I needed — not more and not less. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. The job was very well done, and my car looked brand new when they finished. Big shoutout to Matthew for being such a great help and providing amazing customer service. Highly recommend this place.
